If you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get a govt. Mbbs college. Since you are getting 573, so undoubtedly you will get a govt. Firstly congrats for your score. As you do not have domicile of Chattisgarh you need to apply through 15% All India Quota to get seat in Chattisgrah. Sorry to say but 506 is very low score for general category candidate to get government medical seat through All India Quota. You must score 580 and above in NEET to get government seat in Chattisgarh through All India quota.

To get private medical college in Chattisgarh you must have Chattisgarh domicile certificate because through 15% All India Quota you can get admission in only government medical colleges.

The certificates like your category certificate, domicile certificate as well as your income certificate are issued by the state authorities itself. Evey city in the state comprises of a Block office that is responsible for issuing these certificate to the students.

You need to visit the block office of your city and should apply for the certificate there. After submission of the form as well as after the completion of your verification you will get your certificates.

For domicile of Karnataka in rural areas Karnataka state there is 15% reservation in any category of choice of admission.

For getting domicile certificate for Karnataka state income certificate  to be submitted in due time.

As NEET cutoff are released for admission into the college depending on your score. You can apply for 85% state counselling seats only when you show up them your domicile certificate. If you want to apply for other state counselling then it would come under AIQ counselling. You need to score good marks then you can apply for it and you might naot get any problem if you apply for AIQ and state counselling.

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
