I regret to inform you that with such score it is difficult to get seat in any IITs/NITs/IIITs considering previous years cut off trends.Your GATE score must be above 650 to have decent chances of getting a seat in IIT and branch of your choice.

Since you haven't mentioned your category I am assuming it to be general.The cutoff score is not yet released but with this score there are tough chances for you to get in government college. You can only get into any private college for M.Tech

It depends on your reservation category because seat allotment is done on the basis of your result and category.
Generally if you want to pursue Electrical engineering from good IIITs so you should score 97 percentile or more in JEE-Main 2020 .
