For PSUs, this is a decent score, and yes you have very good chances to get into a PSU, but it majorly depends from PSU to PSU cutoff.

Most probably you will not get .Students having rank less than 2000 can easily get PSUs.If there will be more number of vacancies then only there can be chances.

62.33 is a great score in Electrical Engineering branch for ST category. You can except call from almost all the PSUs. According to the previous year cutoff you have very high chances of getting hired into following PSUs

Yes sure u can apply for the BSNL but there is no clear info about what rank people are eligible it is around less than 650 like that
