Electrical Engineering
Hello,
I hope you are doing good,
If your passion is on campus life and you are interested in pursuing a career in a non-engineering field, take any B.Tech branch at IIT. Studying for IIT higher has certain benefits such as the IIT tag and the initial prospects of being placed in non-core areas such as finance, management, consultation, etc.
If your focus is primarily on placement and earnings, NIT is your course because Core students receive top packages. This will also be very helpful if you want to do higher studies in Core.
Hello student,
Here are some of the top engineering colleges in Pune that you can apply for:-
1. College of Engineering Pune (COEP)
2. Defence Institute of Advanced Technology, Pune
3. Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University College of Engineering, Pune
4. Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, Pune

Hi aspirant, since you want to know the better NIT than other so let me tell you that their are many NIT's where Electrical branch have high demands also there are many institutes where there is high demands of electronics branch so every branch is equal every brach have its own uniqueness, it depends on the student how much serious they take their branch.
If you want to compare any college with other college in respect of branches than you can take the help of below mentioned link;

Thank you.
See both the institutes are great in there own way. They have good infrastructure. The faculties are technically well oriented and they have good research experience as well. Now whenever you want to choose any of the college, in your case you have to go with the course itself. Now from the job point of view, EE will offer you a much better option compared to that of ME. Its very sad to say but its true that the ME graduates don't get enough scope in terms of jobs and if they get jobs those are either non-core jobs or they have to settle for low salary packages. Now from the placement perspectives NIT Agartala is better compared to that of NIT Srinagar. So if you are ok to go for non-core or non mechanical jobs even after your BTech ME then you can obviously go for it and it will offer you much a better scope.
