Every year the cutoff marks changes for JEE ADVANCED. So it is very Difficult to predict at what marks one should get into top IITs. But if we look at previous year data, you should have 40+ marks more than cutoff in order to get into top IITs.

I would recommend go for CSE clearly, and to the extent IGDTUW as a college is thought of. IT IS AN AMAZING UNIVERSITY!!! I was wary too prior to coming in IGDTUW yet genuinely THE ENVIRONMENT IS AMAZING EVERYONE IS SO HELPFUL! Every one of the SENIORS ARE LOVELY!
Hi, if you are not sure of metallurgy and material science that this is what you want to do for the rest of your life than it is advised to not take up a branch that is very specialized. You can opt for more open branches like Mechanical, CS, IT.

If you focus solely on the branch then electrical will win and you have your answer but if you look in overall prospective then you will notice that iit roorkee has better brand value than ism dhanbad so the decision remains between i&p and civil where in terms of placements

It's a bit difficult to compare these two because these two IITs are considered to be good but if you see in terms of ranking obviously IIT Madras has an upper hand over iit bhu.
