Hello Student!

Your chances of getting into Jawaharlal Technolical University, Hyderabad with a rank of 10k in ECE branch are very very low.

The cutoffs for JNTUH are as high as 850 for ECE. (Open category)
So worst case, if you've a rank under 1000 you've chances to get in.
