I got this info from the web and it's for CSE. And as you mentioned that you want for civil, mechanical. Generally, the cutoff will be more than the below mentioned.

If you go college wise then DTU is an outstanding choice and branch (which you have given) wise IGDTU is better. So I would suggest you to go as per the branch only, choose the college where you are getting your desired branch.
