If you want to apply for engineering then JEE exam will be good for you. You can apply for it in the official website.

As per the information mentioned by you, i can draw out that you'll be completing your graduation in 2020. That means you are in last year of your graduation. I'll recommend you not to join btech now.. Because just doing btech won't help you anyway also investing 4

You can become. You have appear the exam and have to qualify it with good scores.
The exam is not easy but when you get concepts it's not hard. It may take time but you can crack it. So if that is your goal then prepare accordingly from now.
