CSE deals with core of Computers, including how they work from Hardware to Software. CS engineers will engineer the systems. When coming to the placement IT companies will come for placement to recruit both CSE and IT students. So there will be no difference in placements.

It's preferred to do BHMCT than BHM because BHMCT is more recognized degree worldwide. BHM is inclined towards technical knowledge and hotel properties. BHMCT covers both technical and catering knowledge.
