Hello Ankit,

Both colleges are best in their ways but I'll suggest you to always give priority to your subject rather than that of college. So, in my opinion you should go for CSE in NSIT rather than opting ECE in DSU.

At 71000 rank as per cutoffs it's difficult to say if you'll get a seat in top colleges like JNTU because their cutoff for the first two rounds don't even come near 30000 unless you want fields like mining. The third round maybe possible but that changes everyear

Generally colleges mention fee per annum which means that fees for one academic year. Regarding the 4 year course, I am assuming you want to ask about engineering colleges.

There are various government colleges in india which provides lateral entry. Thr condition is the you must have a score at least above 90% in 12th standard. The various colleges are:

  • ANNA UNIVERSITY 
  • PUNJAB UNIVERSITY
