Any college conducts further rounds of Counselling when seat are left vacant in previous rounds . So , I can not say with absolute certainty how many merit lists will be there this year. All I can say is there were five round last year.

If you have failed in IPE, Then you Are not elgible for counselling until and unless you pass in Intermediate. Because as there is an intake of 25% of IPE in the TS EAMCET rank, then your rank cannot be calculated. So, As you failed your rank
