Your rank is good and you can get government colleges like Rajkiya Engineering Colleges but you have to wait till 3rd round and won't get CSE/IT/EE/ECE branches. You will get Mechanical or Civil branches there. Instead I suggest you to take admission in top private colleges of UPTU
