No you cannot , you should qualify KEAM then only you can take admission in any college in kerala , even in private colleges , try next year dont loose hope , i am sure you will be able to clear it next year

Yes you can take admission as per your choice.The only thing is that,you should have cleared the 12th compartment exam and pass your 12th board with minimum of 45% or above in your respected course.And produce the same (passesd) result at the time of taking admission in the college.I
