NIRF ranked it 41 in Engineering colleges and 70 in universities in India in 2018.
Placements in Apple, Adobe, HSBC, Goldman Sachs.
Wider alumni network.

It highly depends upon your area of interest whether you are more interested in Physics Or computer science.. But if you want placements, then CS will offer you better placements.
