It highly depends upon your area of interest whether you are  more interested in Physics Or computer science.. But if you want placements,  then CS will offer you better placements.

based on previous year cutoff trend And considering your marks you can get admission in 3 rd and 4th college but not in top 2. But you can get other branches in  top 2 colleges 

The placements of DTU, Delhi are very good. Almost every student gets placed. Top companies visit the campus for recruitment. Mechanical students gets placed in core companies. Average package offered is between 6-7LPA while highest is above 15LPA.
