SSC Junior Engineer 2020 exam will be conducted tentatively for 1650 vacancies in various government departments. Candidates will be recruited for Central Water Commission, order Road Organization, CPWD, etc.
SSC JE 2020 Eligibility Criteria:
Educational qualification
Degree or Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or Institution
I think you can definitely apply because power engineering is a subset of Electrical Engineering.

ISRO is A central government organization, so salary is based on pay structure according to government rules.
ISRO generally doesn't recruit fresher Aeronautical engineers . It recruits experienced Aeronautical engineers
After 10 years, how much you will earn depends on your current job role , the project you are undertaking , your position within the organization etc.
At the beginning, it being a central governemnt entity it may start at 80k.
After 10 years, you may get around 1.5-2 lakhs (agai this depepnds on a number of factors as mentione above)

Being an IITAN they always getting good number of salary but if you go through the real part then salary will depends upon lots of factors such as employer ,experience ,skills .IITans always get higly salary but the minimum salary for aerospace engineering 7-8 lpa and highest salary offered by 30 lpa and it will vary how you will crack your interview .

The average Gross salary was around 12 LPA and CTC offered was around 15 LPA In IIT BOMBAY.
The average would be around 7-10 LPA And overall package would be around 8- 14 LPA in IIT DELHI.
You may get around 50 LPA from IITs based on your performance.
So it mainly depends on your skills,talent and higher studies
