You can apply for Anna university counseling using your board marks. You can apply for all courses you are interested in. You can choose your course and college during choice filling. There is no entrance exam for Anna university. The bad news is that counseling for Anna University is over. But still you can apply for bachelors in architecture. ALL THE BEST. As you may know there are total 55 seats in DU B.El.Ed out of which (after deducting the reserved seats) only 25 seats are allotted for UR category. Since your rank is 83 th echances of you getting a seat in the course are not very high however you might still get it if the people above your rank opt for some other college. It is totally dependent on the candidates above you in the rank card.

If you belong to general category than unfortunately you aren't eligible as basic eligibility is to score minimum of 50% marks in class 12 for general category student and for reserved category, it's 40%.

As you haven't scored 50+ in class 12th so it won't be possible to appear in NEET if you belong to general category.

Engineering entrance application for most of the colleges will be out only by the end of November. It might take much more time than predicted time because of this pandemic. JEE application form will be open from December 1st week, VIT(Vellore institute of technology) from November last week, BITSAT December 2nd or 3rd week, SRMJEE from October last week, NATA last week of January and Manipal University's application must be out by now, etc. ALL THE BEST.
