Hope you are doing well ! In the first attempt of jee mains 2022 , total 7 lakh 60 thousand approx students appeared while approx 6 lakh will appear for second attempt . So you can take 8.25 lakh students as a unique candidate. So your all India rank will be around 75,000 to 85,000 if you get 90.33 percentile . Ews rank can't be predicted in this way . No one knows how many ews student will appear .

Yes you will get private and deemed medical College at your expected marks but tution fees will be very high. Getting low tution fees college at this marks is quite difficult.
You may try for these college in all india quota counseling for deemed/private medical colleges.
You may also get private colleges in state of bihar and Uttar Pradesh so you can try in those states counseling also.

It is difficult to predict cut off for a particular college or a particular course since cut off for all the colleges and courses keeps on changing every year. According to previous year's cut off trends candidates required around 400+ in BAMS for government colleges. As you have mentioned above that you belong to EWS category there are some chances that you can get admission in Private Colleges. You can even try in subsequent round or mop up rounds.
