Sorry to say but it seems difficult to get government medical seat with these score in Maharashtra and even in other state through All India Quota. EWS category candidate must score atleast 500 and above to get government medical seat in their state and as per last years

You can get  branches at NITs like Hamirpur,Durgapur, Kurukshetra, Srinagar,Silchar and other Eastern NITs.

Chances are good in new IIITs like Kota,Vadodara,Guwahati,Una,Nagpur etc.

Sorry dear,a general rank 56000 is really high for getting into top NITs,as the cut-off'a for NIT's are high in Jee- mains,you may go for lower ranked NIT's but you won't get a good branch,so its better to try for some other colleges
