This is difficult to make prediction as  cutoff  depends upon various factors like :-

-----------) performance of different students in the examination,

-----------) the branch you want,

-----------) the category you belong

As you are from EWS category, you will get a good concession. You will also easily get seat in government colleges of your city and state. I think you should apply to NIT's cs and it branches, as there is higher chance of your selection.
