See if you have applied through General category for JEE-Main then you cannot go for JEE-Advance if you have not qualified JEE-Main as per the cut-offs given below :-

JEE advanced does not allow change in category as mentioned in their FAQs section. When you attend the counselling for Josaa you will be considered a general category candidate only and the seat allocation will be done based on that category.

As per the information available, for JEE Advanced 2021 you must have a EWS certificate issued after 1st April,2021. So you have to update the EWS certificate if you wish to go for JEE Advanced.

See for JEE MAINS you can apply for any of the colleges participating in the JOSAA counselling be it in your state or any state, you can apply for it and if you have the rank required to be selected you will be selected. Also you can use the EWS

Hope you are doing all good. Unfortunately, in order to use the facilities of EWS quota, you need to get an EWS certificate of your own. Your father's certificate won't help.

Hope you are doing all good. With the the rank at hand i.e. 323000, unfortunately, you will not get any NITs or IIITs even with your reservation under EWS quota. However, you can still try for other college specific exams that might open new doors for you.
