As per the previous year cutoffs for NITs , at 27720 EWS rank or 181770 CRL rank it is quite impossible even to get admission in any of the NITs.
You may get admission in state level colleges in good branch or you can opt for these branches

As per the cutoffs released by NTA, a student from EWS category is eligible for JEE Advanced if he/she get more than 70.2435518 percentile in JEE Mains.
As you have for 74 percentile you will be eligible for JEE Advanced 2020 Examination.
