i got 72 percentile and 40903 rank in General - EWS. is i am eligible for advance Or not.

As per the cutoffs released by NTA, a student from EWS category is eligible for JEE Advanced if he/she get more than 70.2435518 percentile in JEE Mains.

As you have for 74 percentile you will be eligible for JEE Advanced 2020 Examination.
