YES, you can still now add your General EWS certificate in your KEAM Application form. The KEAM Application form facility window is still opened and will be opened till 10th June 2022. So you can still update your application form or can still make any necessary corrections if any.

YES, you can use the same EWS Certificate for JEE Mains session 2 examination and you do not need to issue for new one.

This is Because As per information brochure your ews certificate should be issued on or after 1st january 2022 and your ews certificate was issued on March 2022 and thus its valid for jee main session 2 2022.

So you can use the same while filling your JEE Mains session 2 examination form.

In this percentile mentioned above let me tell you that you can get any non core branch here whether it's Electronics and computer science.

You only have two choices to opt here whether mechanical engineering or smart manufacturing because only in these two branches you are expected to clear the cut off with the help of ews category.

During the application form, you have no need to submit the EWS certificate. So if you are eligible for the EWS category then you can select the category- EWS. Now, you should apply for the EWS certificate by visiting the SDO office or district magistrate office, so that you can have the EWS certificate during the counselling or document verification of the counselling.

As you have mentioned that you have submitted your previous ews certificate in session 1 and now in session 2 if you are not able to edit the application form and considering you haven't submitted the self declaration form.

I would advise you to contact to the national testing agency as they are the rightmost person to guide you in this matter. However you can also fill a new application form and then submit the ews certificate. This would be a better option.

No, you can not register yourself in the cap round registration as a ews category candidate because you have already registered yourself in the general category . You are not eligible to do so. You should have applied as ews category in the beginning only.

Ews candidate should fulfill the following criteria:-

• You should not own more than 5 acres of land.
• Your family income should not be less than 8L per annum.
• You should not own more than 1000 sqft of residential area.
