The chances of you getting a govt pharmacy seat   with 10 marks is little to no. The admissions to pharmacy is taken in consideration with your paper1 score; that is physics and chemistry. As the paper is out of 480 you should at least score more than 250.

• EWS is for nominees from unreserved sections whose earnings from the entire citations are lesser than INR 8 LPA.
• Competitors' yearly family earnings must be less than Rs. 8 lakhs per year. Their household must not acquire more than 5 acres of agricultural land. The residential flat region should be below 1000 sq ft.
• These nominees are non-competent to insist on additional reservations like SC, ST, and OBC.
• You have said that your address on the NEET PG application form and EWS certificate is not the same.
• It might not cause any problem as your EWS certificate is the indication of your category for reservation only. It will not be used as evidence of address. You will be eligible for EWS if and only if your EWS certificate is valid.
• Through NEET PG cutoff, candidates who cleared the cut-off will be awarded entry to 50% All India Quota (AIQ), 50% state quota, all deemed/central universities, ESIC/AMFS colleges, and private institutes.

You have an extremely good possibility of being accepted into an IIT or NIT if you meet the PwD quota. Compared to other students, you need to achieve far lower marks. For instance, while the general cut-off is approximately 120, the general PwD cut-off is about 20.

I advise you to put your quota aside while preparing and concentrate on your studies. If you successfully completed the Jee Mains and progressed, you will get admitted to a very excellent IIT in your preferred branch.

well with 72 percentile, and i consider you to belong from general category then so according to me your rank is somewhere between 1lakh to 3 lakh

In this percentile you do not have any chances for good nits like Jamshedpur durgapur Silchar allahabad rourkela Calicut but if you belong to one of these home states like mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Agartala, sringar then you may stand some chances to get a seat in any of the nit as the home state cut off for these nits are very low.
