If you work hard on your CAT percentile , then you can definitely get a call.
But, being a little practical, i would suggest you to keep other options open . The candidates selected in IIMs or FMS have a good profile which may prove to be negative

The selection process is same for all category students and non-category students. Based on your categoy you need to score at leat 85 percentile to get a call for the next round which is GD/PI/Extempore. The weightage for CAT is score is 50%, 5% each for class X and class
