You do have fair chances of making into the top IIMs above 92 percentile. Utilize this opportunity and prepare well, you have a better opportunity than the open category to clear it. Even in FMS, you won't need more than 90 percentile. Rest depends upon the second round. Best wishes!

FMS BHU is a decent enough college to be kept as a backup. It used to be a good college few years back but off late it has been struggling.
The harsh reality is that even a 100 percentile can gurantee you a seat as there is considerable weightage in GD/PI/WAT and academic background +work experience. Yes but you are likely to ge through unless you perform exxeptionally bad in the subsequent rounds.
Durgendra you have mentioned all your statistics in a very confusing manner. First of all mention your overall CAT percentile properly then mention your 10th and 12th percentage properly. It is very confusing don't write informal language mention your records properly.
Assuming what you have written your academic records seems to be pretty good but its hard to judge your overall percentile and without that, I can't tell you your chance of selection in FMS.
Anyway FMS has also completely changed its grading system. Now it gives 60% weightage to CAT marks, 5% extempore, 15% Interview, 10% GD, 5% 10th class and 5% 12th class. So any way you will need to fight for those 30% marks which will make a huge difference in selections.

Decent chances. If you perform well in the second rounds - GD, PI and extempore, you will convert it. A lot depends on the GD/PI process and you must perform well in this round.
