see I would suggest you to first clear your supplementary exam and then apply for fashion designing course, to apply in nift (national institute of fashion designing) in b.des course, you need to pass 10+2 course from a recognized education board. however there is many diploma and certification course,

According to me certification course is not the right way to become a fashion designer after 12th, it's just a certification course and won't give you the proper and complete knowledge required in the field.
It's better if you opt for B Des instead of certification, later on
