NO! it is not necessary because in finance you should be good in your calculations like plus , minus , multiplications and division that's it. mathematics is totally different so mathematics is not necessary for a finance manager , as a finance manager you should have knowledge that
first of all, it depends upon your area of interest in which field you want to go but i will suggest you that you should choose MBA in finance because it is better in all aspects in comparison to Msc. in finance. the opportunities of colleges , jobs
