I don't have a bank account yet. Whose account number should I give for wbjee counselling? Is it necessary to pay fee from that account?

Don't worry about that...you can use your parent's bank account to pay your counselling or admission fees.There's no issue in using that bank account if you don't have any account.But i will suggest you to create your account after counselling as it could be necessary in some cases.
