To get admission in fishery... as per previous year cutoff for the fishery course the required marks for the same around 280 - 300...

But cutoff varies every year... so work hard  it's always better to score bit higher to get admission easily .

At this poor performance of yours, there is no way that you can get a good college for studying including all government Institutes. The number of seats in Fishery course in government colleges in Bihar is only 42. Out of 42 seats, 85% of the seats is filled through BCECE or Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination i.e. 34 seats and the remaining 15% of the seats is filled through the exam conducted by ICAR i.e. 8 seats. Therefore, the number of Fishery seats in Bihar is extremely limited and it is so limited that it pales in comparison to the number of applicants. As your rank is far away from the cutoff rank, there is no way you can get a government seat for the course.

Now, I think you should look for private institutes that provide admission to students of your rank. Before joining any of the Institutes, you should compare these against each other to know by yourself which is the better college for you to pursue graduation.
