I would suggest you BHU,Some of their student do their PhD in their respective subjects after the MSc.
Admission is through counseling based on the rank obtained in Banaras Hindu University Postgraduate Entrance Test (BHU-PET) conducted by the university.

Yes there are placements from this college in the mentioned field, but most of the people go for research oriented work. The average package is around 3 Lakh, whereas the highest and lowest are 5 and 2 respectively. The reviews from allumni are average.
