which course is better among MSC food science technology and MSC food technology and quality assurance, now a days which course have future.

Anonymous 27th Jul, 2017

All it depends your interest, as the name suggest food quality assurance has very limited application, just quality assurance, that too in foods/flavors/dairies that will be the extend of your job opportunities.

The other degree food science and technology has much wider scope, it opens the door to production floor, where pure science grads will not cut it. And being a food science and technology grad you always have a chance to go to assurance side.

MSC food science technology and MSC food technology and quality assurance courses both are same or separate courses please tell me.

Anonymous 26th Jul, 2017
They both are related but exactly not one. So quality assurance is limited to favours/dairies and quality whereas food technology is vast and may include quality as well.

So will suggest you to choose Food technology course.
Good luck.
