Go for Bsc in Agriculture.

Agriculture is the Most Healthful, Most Useful and Most Noble Employment of Man”
-George Washington

India is a globally renowned agricultural nation with a perfect climate that supports growth, diversity and variety. Studying agriculture is like exploring a wide new world of how things work and how impossibilities can be achieved through passion and perseverance.
Here are the 7 reasons why studying agriculture can be an ideal educational route for you:

1. Being Indian
India is a nation rich in the production of agricultural products and one of the largest producers of milk, pulses and spices. The doorway of opportunities is always open for the students of agricultural studies. The researches conducted in this field contribute to the development of our nation and create a remarkable impact in the way agriculture benefits the masses with a healthier and advanced approach using technology.
2. Off-beat
With the excessive amount of focus given to Engineering and Medical, BSc in Agriculture offers an off-beat and unmatchable pathway. Choosing the course less taken is more profitable due to the lack of awareness regarding its importance and it safeguards the idea of standing away from the crowd.
3. Grand Scope
With the advent of technology and recent Governmental endeavors supporting agricultural studies, its scope has widened. The graduates can engage in research, pursue higher studies, work in agricultural industries, or pursue a career in Banking, Biotechnology, Rural Business Management, etc.
4. Rich Curriculum
The highly-rich curriculum includes food chemistry, plant physiology, agriculture science, water resource management, applications of biotechnology, food processing, etc. The well-worked syllabus gives a brief overview of various branches under agriculture and lets the student focus on his/her area of interest.
5. Explore the Agricultural Arena
The field of agriculture is an ideal educational spot for both foodies and nature lovers. Anyone interested in exploring the ways of the world in terms of food, cultivation, soil, environment, etc. and aspiring to take a step towards the betterment of lives of the largest community that works tirelessly in the cultivation process won’t find a better alternative than studying Agriculture.
6. Change-makers
With the application of advanced technologies in our agricultural world, there’s a lot of scope in bringing out new changes towards the rising up of agricultural standards. For the aspiring change-makers, the field of agriculture will prove highly fruitful.
7. Better Job Prospects
There are decent salary packages offered to Agriculture Graduates and there are both Government and Private sector jobs available. The starting packages include 2-4.5 L.P.A. Also, this is a great platform to learn all about Agriculture and start something of your own! Entrepreneurial ventures in agriculture are the need of the hour to support the farming industry.

which course have a good scope in India..M.Tech in food technology or MBA?

Gaurav Shukla 1st Jan, 2018
Hello,
If your plan is to remain in India, Id suggest you go for MBA because an engineering line in Biotech or Food Tech will not really yield a good paycheck unless youre into research.
If you go for M.Tech, you will have to go for a PhD as well, as that serves as a basic requirement for a flourishing line in Research and Development. It will take up a lot of time in the process as well and will require a lot of patience.
MBA, on the other hand, gives you a better opportunity in this country.

Good Luck!
I wish you all the best.
Cheers !!
