Each course has its own importance. I believe it all depend on your field of interest.
Bachelor of Science is a 3 year undergraduate course which involves the application of scientific knowledge to the crime investigation. Professional in this discipline apply their knowledge of science to analyze the evidence found at a crime science. To be eligible one should have completed 10+2 with PCB or PCM as main subjects.
Bachelor of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology is an undergraduate 4 year course. This course helps to become audiologist or speech pathologist. It provides professional training to students and make them capable of preventing identifying and treating speech , hearing and balancing disorder in people. To be eligible one should have completed 10+2 with PCB or PCM as main subjects.
You can choose any course what matters most is which one is your field of interest.

Some Universities in Mysore like University of Mysore,Maharaja's College offer M.sc in Forensic science.Manipal University - School of Life Sciences,Bangalore offer b.sc in forensic science.So,if you are interested to opt a b.sc in forensic science,you have to look for colleges beyond Mysore because options are limited in Mysore.

every stream is best at it place. there is nothing like not good in scope. if you perform well then you can get high scope in a field which has no scope also.
It totally depends how you perform in the stream you have opted. the streams mentioned by you in the question is directly or indirectly are high scope streams as the world is changing too fast.
there are innovative and research fields. the more you work the more you will get recognized and you will improve yourself.
Looking to the other factor, you choose what you find good for you. it is not necessary that it should be a top one but it should be one which you like. If you have interest then you will make a good career in it.
