Yes you need to do the verification as you will receive an OTp based on mobile number submission. If you havent received an OTp you need to contact IIT Madras via mail statung uour concern and share all applications details.

You can recalculate your score and convert into CGPA and edit application form in correction window which opens from 24th September till1st October afterwhich any discrepancies uf any shall stand rejection of application form by GATE authorities .

First thing, whenever you are applying for the examination, you should always register or provide your email address. so, that the authorities can contact you in personal with all the related information. Since, you have provided others email address while filling the application form, communication gap will come.

You can mention your department name in place of College name. Since you are studying in the university and the department in this case works as a college or school such as 'School of Engineering & Technology'.

You don't need to worry about it. Candidates whose applications need to be rectified in photo/signature/supporting documents will be contacted by email and SMS. So, the authority will get in touch with you for rectification.
