That is your roll number. Even if you are from a university tou might have a unique id or roll number as such. You need to mdnment that.

There is no negative marking for numerical answer type (NAT) questions. So, even if your attempt is incorrect no marks will be deducted. And if you don't make any attempt zero marks will be awarded.
