Yes,the cut-off mark varies from caste-caste. And the cut-off mark is not same every year.It depends on the level of hardness of the paper.And one more thing is that, cut-off mark varies from branch to branch as well.

You can definitely fill the gate form there is no issue. Your marksheet name will be corrected in the time rest do the needful you might be having your 12th marksheet those will work.

There's no best book for Gate, because syllabus of Gate is vast.The book which will understand by you very well is the best,but one book is not enough to get clear your doubts, sometimes you will need to refer multiple book for single concept.

Fee structure varies from college to college for MBBS course. For government medical colleges, fees are average 5k per semester. For private medical colleges, fees are quite high ranging from 5 lacs to even 95 lacs.
