As per the expected cutoff scores you will clear the cutoff for CSE General category.
As per the past year cutoff's, you may get NIT Hamirpur, NIT Patna, and other deemed universities but since you haven't mentioned the score it is difficult to suggest some colleges that you might get.
To get a probable idea as to which college you might get a seat in you can check out the link below:

hi,
see gate score is calculated based upon 1000, if you get more than 800 score you have chances to get calls from psus. however there is some factors on which the cutoff scores for psus lies, the number of vacancy, questions difficulty level, number of applicants. however you should apply for all psus since the vacancy is low.
PSUs accept GATE score for recruitment. The cut off for General category will be 70+.So with 55 marks it is difficult to getin PSUs.The cut off will be different for each PSU.And there are very less PSUs which takes Computer Engineering graduates.NLC, a PSU had a cut off of 78.67 in 2017 for Computer branch for general category, the cut off for Power grid was 68.53 for Computer branch for general category. The cut off for BARC in 2017 was 790 GATE score.Do not loose hope you may still have chances to get admission in M.tech with your GATE score.
see you did not mention about your stream from which you have applied for gate exam, cutoff score changes year to year and depends on various factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix etc.
now coming to psus vacancy cutoff score will depends on number of recruitment comes for any stream, at this score you have decent chances for mtech admission in nits, vit vellore, osmania university etc.
