see cutoff score changes year to year,and depends on various factors like the stream you would apply, current market demand of that particular stream, questions difficulty level, etc.

at this score you have decent chances for nits, vit vellore, bits , jadavpur university, state government colleges, osmania university etc.

Your Statements seems to be  contradictory. I may be wrong but as far as i know you can't do Mtech in Aerospace by Appearing and scoring for GATE in ME.

If you wanted to do Mtech in Aerospace then you should have opted Aerospace Engineering (AE) Paper instead of ME. Please correct me if i am wrong.

see cutoff score changes year to year and depends on various factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix etc, this year it is expected that gate score will slightly increased as far students review, and if you get score below 750 from general category there is less chances for old iits , however some of the new iits like iit baranasi, bhilay you may have chances, you have decent chances in nits, osmania university, jadavpur university, iiest shivpur.
