hi,
see cutoff score depends on various facts like number of participants, questions difficulty level, category of students, stream of applying etc.
however your score is really good and have decent chances for iits. gate result is yet to declared , you may follow the careers360 website for career related updates.
Hello! Hope you are doing good
It all depends on the difficulty level of the paper. If it was easy and too direct and your score wont fetch you any IIT. If it qas a bit indirect and difficult for the masses then you have good chances of getting into an IIT. Assuming your score and the previous years trends you can go ahead with geomatics or earthquake engineering and even orher courses of your choice or something that you qualify for.
For detailed cutoff trends, please refer the following link: https://www.google.com/amp/s/engineering.careers360.com/articles/gate-cutoff-for-ce/amp
All the best
According to previous years record, choosing any subject will get you in ITT Bombay, while for IIT Kanpur Structural Engineering and Geo-informatics will be a good choice, while for IIT Hyderabad you may get Geo- Technical as a subject. You may also get into IIT Gandhinagar.
see cutoff score changes year to year and it depends on various factors like number of participants, seat matrix , the cut off score, questions difficulty level etc.
this year it is expected that cutoff score will increase slightly, so chances in iit guwahati seems less. now you have chances for all nits.
hope it would help.
