Only take admission in these branches
1. Civil Engineering - Stream : Environmental and Water Resources Engineering, Structural Engineering, Transportation and Infrastructure Engineering.
2. Computer Science & Engineering
3. Electrical Engineering - Stream: Signal

Hi Parthi, the cutoff varies every year based on various factors like number of seats available number of test takers difficulty level of exams etc. However going with the orevious years cutoff, you have chances to get into, 

1) IIT Delhi - good chances 

2) IIT Madras - chances are
