To register for the counseling of the HP CET you need to score 20% in the exam and have a score of over 60% in your 10+2. 20% in the HP CET is 60 marks, and since you have cleared both criteria you are eligible to register for

If you belong to the general category, you have just made the cut-off to qualify for counseling in the HP CET, but you may find it tough to secure admission in a particular branch or college since your rank based on merit will be very low.

Jee main qualified students have to register in order to participate in the counselling procedure However the candidates who have qualified HPCE can directly sit in the counselling prrocedure and seat matrix is 50% for the Jee main candidates and rest 50% for the HPCET qualified students

You less marks so you have very less chances of getting government college but because of the reserve category you might get seat .           

There are very few government college in Himachal. So chances are very less
