Your 12th marks only matter while taking admission in graduation. While in your career,  your marks will matter nowhere. For admission in postgraduation course,  your graduation marks should satisfy the eligibility criteria . Your 10 and 12 marks will not matter.

DIHM Delhi takes the admission thorugh NCHMCT JEE only. You can not take admission directly there. You can also assure with the given below link.

You won't any such college in Delhi where you can enter without entrance. It is advisable to head for Lovely Professional University where you can take admission based upon your 12th marks. It also provides international placements like in Qatar.
