HSC
Hey
IIT NIT admission requires that you have a minimum of 75% marks in your boards or be among the top 20 percentile of the students .
As your score is 487/650, your percentage is 74.92.
It is very much likely that you would be in the top 2 percentile of the people but there is no hundred percent surety.
You can contact your school and ask them about the same. They would give you the precise information.
Thankyou

Dear student,
Hello there, I hope you are doing well. You see BSC admission are based on the Mark's you get during your 12th board in most of the cases. So if you score well during your 12th class you are sure to get admission. The minimum cut off Mark's required are 55% actually but this can vary from institutions to institutions. Some colleges may keep a high cut off while few may keep it low, this also depends on which bacholes course you want like BSC in computer science or chemistry, biology, physics or anything else. If you really want to do BSC and you are not getting admission this year there are 2 options at your disposal,
This is 1 way out for you. If a situation arises when in you cant get admission than apply for some small time courses that will helps you be it in computer or diploma courses. Dont loose your touch with studies that's the main point. Or you can prepare for some entrance exams.
Hope this helps.
Hello,
At the time of document verification you may be notified regarding the same. You will be needed to pay a fine and correct it in some instances. But unfortunately in most of the cases it will lead to cancellation of application. You should try contacting Directorate of Technical Education at the earliest.
Best of luck
So Honestly with only 50% it is hardly possible to continue with science stream in the future. In my opinion you yourself should not choose as it will be easier to focus on streams good for your future. Even if you really like science I would not suggest than because getting admission will not be possible and even if you go through management quota it will not help you. You could look for other options like law, journalism, arts. You could choose something creative which don't need any basics. These are also good courses and difficult to get but you won't have to face the struggle for not being able to fulfill the requirement of PCM or PCB.
Good luck.
Hello. Please try re-editing the application by logging again. Maybe there you can edit and do the corrections.
If this is not possible then take the help of customer care. This should solve the queries .

Hello sneha,
Hope you are doing well.
As per your question, if you are interested in computer field then you can opt for Btech in computer science engineering. Else you can can also choose an alternative option like doing bsc with IT Or persuing BCA. You can choose BCA and BSC with IT if you had not given any entrance exam otherwise you can go for CSE department as per your merit.
Also as CSE is trending branch now a days so at 50 percent marks in HSC your chance of getting CSE is low in private college unless you didn't score good marks in entrance exam. As state entrance exam calculate their merit on the basis of 60 prevent boards and 40 percent of your entrance exam.
If you had give jee entrance exam you can check out your rank as per this predictor tool as this they have eliminated considering boards marks :-
