To get admission in MBA in IIMs, you need to be at least a graduate so you cannot directly join IIM for MBA after your class 12th.

Eligibility criteria of CAT which is the entrance examination to get admission in mba in IIMs is given below:
To be eligible for CAT ,
you need a Bachelor's/graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university .
you must have got at least 50 per cent marks or equivalent CGPA in your graduation . SC/ST/PH students need only at least 45 percentage in Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline to be eligible .
Candidates who are in the final year of their graduation are also eligible for CAT examination.
There is no age restriction to be eligible
It is not mandatory to have work experience to be eligible

After you 12 you need to do graduation in order to be eligible for CAT and get admission in IIMs for mba.
But yes,
If you don't want to wait for doing graduation then yes you can definitely get admission in IIMs directly after your class 12th but for 5 year integrated management program and not for 2 year MBA .

It's very difficult to tell about the management quota in the colleges because these things are very personal and private to all the B-schools and they won't disclose it openly.
But there are many b schools which offer management quota not necessarily tier 1 but yes they are from tier 2 and you can get the seat.

The total intake of IIM Indore in the IPM batch is 150. Every year around 15,000 students appeared for the IPMAT exam, some of them get eliminated in the entrance round, and then those who cleared the IPMAT, have to clear interview to finalize their admission.

You can take admission in IIM after completing 12th standard. There are two such IIM one is IIM Indore and other is IIM rohtak it offers five years integrated program known as IPM.
Eligibility criteria is following to take admission in IIM
Candiates should have completed their 10+2 standards from a recognized board with aggregate of 60% marks . 5% relaxation is provided to students who belongs from sc/ST, pwd categories.
Students must be born after 1 August 2020 and 5 year relaxation is given to sc/ST and pwd categories.
You can fill application form and appear in entrance exam conducted by college to take admission in college.

As you have secured 92 percentile and have 1 year of work experience so let me tell you that there are some iims like ranchi , rohtak, Amritsar but it depends on the cut offs which further depends on certain factors like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
