In Order to apply for IPMAT Entrance Exam your age should be minimum 20 years of age on July 31,  2020 as a General Category & Minimum 22 years of age as of July 31, 2020. You can check the complete eligibility with the given below link.

Hey. 

To be eligible for IPMAT 2019 if you bekong to the General and NC-OBC Category you need to be  Minimum 20 years of age as on July 31, 2019. As you will turn 20 on 25th February, 2019 ie before 31st July 2019, you seem to be eligible.
