If we consider 2020 ranking of engineering colleges then, Indian Institute of Technology Dhanbad is 12th ranked engineering college of India, and NIT Warangal on the other hand is 19th ranked. Since the ranking is done on the basis of so many important parameters like teaching, learning and resources, research and professional practices, graduation outcomes and so many other factors, so CSE in IIT Dhanbad is a better ranking.

Both the colleges are best at thier own place. But IIT Dhanbad has been established in 1926 and more number of batches has been passed out till date, if you will see in that aspect IIT Dhanbad has more number of students intake and faculty members than IIT Ropar. Both has better in-campus facility. Further CS is a good branch that too you are getting in IIT Dhanbad, so I think you should go for Dhanbad.

Jadavpur is the best engineering college in top ten list of India but IIT dhanbad also consist in top ranking but as my suggestion IIT dhanbad is the best option instead jadavpur. Another the main thing many cases branch are main priority than colleges,when you will get top branches of jadavpur like CSE, ECE etc and in IIT dhanbad like petroleum, mineral and environmental engineering then you will go jadavpur but in IIT dhanbad you will get like CSE,ECE and top most branchs so this is the best option to select IIT dhanbad and we know that the IIT is the brand.Hope this was helpful.

As per your question I think, not much difference between MTech CSE and MTech CSIS. But the sole di fference which I saw is a few of the themes are going to be fixed for CSE and CSIS in their first semester.

In my college Algorithm was a topic for CSE and knowledge Security for CSIS was a topic which must n eed to take, and therefore the other three subjects were optional we will choose any three from o ffered courses.

If I mention college, then o ff course, you ought to choose the highest three NITs, rather than IIT Dhanbad. And if you think that y ou'll get top 3 NITs then you'll also get some better IITs then IIT Dhanbad, like IIT Bhubneshwar, Gandhinagar, Patna, etc.

But i will be able to suggest you to travel for NITs, rather than IIT Dhanbad.

It is obvious to mention that the tutorial standards of IITs are much better than NITs as they cover a

course from scratch to the top .

The outstanding Teachers of IITs have different & innovative teaching styles that benefit candidates with a particularly new and interesting version of learning.
