You can do MTech in your BTech graduate Branch only. You can't change your branch in higher education.

if a candidate has done Btech in CSE then Can do in MTech CSE/IT domain specialization. There is no restriction to apply for different branch in GATE. But different branch score

As per your score and previous year cutoff, the colleges you get are:-

IIT Hyderabad  -- Artificial Intelligence

IIT Hyderabad--  Computer Science

IIT Guwahati last year cutoff goes till 763.

fee structure  for IIT ,

• previously the annual tuition fees was 90,000 per annum but since last year central government has increased tuition fees to 2 lakh per annum for general category and OBC candidates.

•All the SC/ St and PWD candidates are exempted from the payment
