Doctoral programmes like PhD in Electronics and Communication Engineering, PhD in Computer Science and Engineering and PhD in Humanities and Basic Sciences.For applying for P.hD in Engineering, a candidate should have a Master’s degree in Engineering/ Technology with a CPI of 6.5 or 60% marks; 70% marks in a Bachelor’s degree with a CPI of 7.5 . For P.hD in Humanities and Basic Sciences, a Master’s degree in Arts/Science with a minimum of 60% marks; Also, a Master’s degree in Engineering/ Technology with a CPI of 6.5 or 60% marks; having a Bachelor’s degree with CPI of 7.5 or 70% marks and if under graduation done from IIT then a minimum of 7.0 CPI is required
